Hi! Welcome to BITTY BLESSINGS BLOG. We are Carrie, Cassie and Lucinda ~ mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law. We are about to become a first-time grandma, brand-new mama and auntie!
Welcome to our Blog, a fun and informative look at all things baby! This began as an ‘off-spring’ of Bitty Blessings Boutique, our mother-daughter owned small business, based out of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. First and foremost, we wanted to promote and celebrate the miracle of life and the blessing of motherhood!
Bitty Blessings Boutique was ‘birthed’ in 2022, soon after Cassie, my daughter, became pregnant with her first child. I had loved being a stay-at-home mama while raising Cassie and her brothers and I wanted to help fulfill my daughter’s wish to be home with her babies, while supplementing her income. A family business, which incorporated our new obsession with the need for finding quality baby clothes, was the perfect solution on many levels! We wanted to offer that which was lacking - items made from select knits, organic cotton, bamboo and soft muslin fabrics with subdued prints and natural hues in classic, yet comfortable designs - without compromising on ethics.
My background in business, coupled with my experience in design, and an affinity for working with textiles and color, transitioned perfectly into creating our clothing boutique. Cassie’s organizational and technical skills have been vital in our initial set-up. She is responsible for inputting inventory, social media advertising, and assisting me in our inventory selection process. My daughter-in-law, Lucinda, rounds out our team quite nicely with her creative eye for layout and her web-design knowledge, which is crucial for success in any online business.
We believe motherhood is a joy and a privilege that we share as women. It is our hope that, through reading our blog, you feel a part of something special - whether it brings a smile to your face, warms your heart, brings back a fond memory, or simply grows your knowledge about all things baby!
